To fully appreciate a meteor shower, patience is key. Give yourself at least 15 minutes
      for your eyes to adjust and for the show to unfold. There’s no precise schedule for
      shooting stars, so relax and enjoy the wait. The experience of being under a canopy of
      stars, with the Milky Way stretching overhead and meteors streaking across the sky,
      is truly awe-inspiring Next meteor shower, seek out a dark spot. Look up and let your
      eyes adjust, and prepare to be awed.  In that quiet moment under the stars, you might
      just rediscover your sense of wonder and place in this vast, beautiful cosmos.



























       This year, various meteor showers offer unique viewing opportunities:
        The Orionid meteor shower peaks on October 20th.
       The Leonids peak from November 16th to 18th.
       The Taurid meteor shower is split into the Southern (November 4th-5th) and North-
       ern (November 11th-12th) Taurids.
       The Geminid meteor shower, occurring from November 9th to December 24th, at it’s
       peak It can produce up to 130 to 140 meteors per hour.
       The Ursid meteor shower peaks around December 22nd and 23rd.
       The Quadrantid meteor shower, one of the year’s strongest, peaks on January 3rd.
