Property Management & Maintenance Service
A good property manager will protect your home, provide you with professional
service, reduce your costs, and secure your property. We started out as home
owners in San Felipe, and started taking care of yards, plants as well as checking
on the homes for friends that lived here part time. We are looking to grow and
offer our services on a full-time basis.
What we do:
1.- Care of your home like it’s our home. We visit your property twice weekly
(or as requested) ensuring that it is safe and secure.
2.- We check all your appliances, flush toilets, treat your septic, and water indoor
plants if need be. If you have a pool, that is also on our maintenance care.
3.- We check that your cistern is at a good level and make sure your pump is
running as it should .
4.- We make sure your irrigation system is running, as well as take care of your
plants and yard.
5.- We can also take care of paying your utilities if required. We arrange to have
your house cleaned prior to your arrival.
6.- We can also manage rentals, if that is the service you require. Whatever you
need done, we’ll take care of it!
